Safelite Conference

Safelite’s national event brings together over 500 employees and partners to celebrate performance, align on strategy, and showcase innovation. The challenge was to create a cohesive, high-impact experience that could unify multiple programs—leadership sessions, customer engagement, and national competition—while reinforcing Safelite’s evolving brand and future vision.
I led the Brand Studio in partnership with Quake and Ron Foth in developing and executing a scalable event experience system, partnering cross-functionally to align brand, content, and environment. This included a unified visual identity and integrated design across physical and digital touchpoints—spanning stage design, motion graphics, environmental signage, and interactive spaces. The experience was designed to highlight innovation, elevate top performers, and create meaningful engagement through immersive storytelling and hands-on product exploration.
The result was a cohesive, brand-driven experience that strengthened internal alignment, increased engagement across audiences, and reinforced Safelite’s strategic direction.
