Every 2 years, Safelite selects a destination to host its national event, celebrating accomplishments, unveiling future visions, and honoring the top Safelite technicians in the USA.
This 5-day event unites over 500 Safelite and partner attendees to experience the National Leadership Meeting, Customer Engagement Conference, and Best of Safelite competition.
I led the Brand studio to create a distinct and memorable experience, coordinating with various internal and external partners to craft a bold identity for the event.
Using a bold typographic system, punchy color palette, and custom illustrations, the Brand studio coordinated the design and production of everything from custom branded event swag to on-screen motion graphics to environmental signage and stage design.
Throughout the 3-day Best of Safelite competition, the profile banners of each of the 12 competitors were prominently showcased on massive 5' x 12' screens, featuring live feeds of their work areas during the events.
The Experience Center venue featured several areas where associates and partners could explore and engage with new technologies, products, uniforms, and a full-size prototype of the Safelite shop of the future.
Additionally, various fun activities were designed to help guests relax and unwind.
